Please do not send your return/replacement request to the manufacturer/owner of the menu you purchased, they won’t be able to help you.


Our refund policy lasts 0 days.
If 0 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

In every circumstance, you cannot be elligible for a refund.

Returns are only applicable for/as replacements.
To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase.

You are elligible for a replacement if:

1. I approve it (At my discretion)

2. Your key was invalid upon purchase
(2Take1 & Fortitude keys need to be verified by a third party and you can expect a 24h verification processing time)
